Questions & answers

It’s normal to have questions

Reaching out can feel like a big step. Here are answers to the things mothers most often want to know before we begin.

The first session is gentle and unhurried. There’s no need to have it all worked out — we’ll simply talk about what’s been happening, what feels hardest right now, and what you’re hoping for. You set the pace, and you never have to share more than you’re ready to. By the end you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together.

Still wondering about something?

Ask me directly — I’d genuinely rather you reach out than sit with an unanswered worry.
